In response, we offered virtual tours via video call, although the majority of interested parties wished to view in person. During this time, we gathered a priority list of parties wishing to undertake viewings. Two months later, when the government restrictions eased, six parties were invited for viewings; one of whom was a Registered Buyer with Enfields Luxe, meaning we introduced them to Long Lane Close before it was officially brought to market.
Our stylist team staged the rooms so our photographer could take images to demonstrate the lifestyle associated with living at Long Lane Close. The brochure was produced with a prestige magazine-styled layout to further convey the luxurious, high-end nature of the building and its interiors.
